This is a $333,000.00 project for West Springfield based terminal of CSX. Northeast Paving is resurfacing two separate bays in the stock yard that is home to the many rail cars affiliated with CSX. The main operations for this project are an entire reformation of the paved surface and underlying subbase along with installation of a Heavy Load Rated Catch Basin. Completion date is scheduled for the fall of 2019.
