This strategic move not only deepens VINCI Construction USA’s presence in the region but also consolidates the market, positioning Northeast Paving as the leading Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) producer in southern Pittsburgh.

The integration and execution of this initiative will be spearheaded by Mike Cuilik, Senior Vice President, and Patrick Pierce, Division Manager of Northeast Paving’s Pittsburgh operations.
