After graduating from the University of Maine in Orono, Wayne Berry began his career in the construction industry as a Field Engineer reconstructing the refueling wing at the Maine air National Guard project in 2008.

Soon after, he was transferred to the Bridge Division where he provided engineering and survey duties for design-build and conventional bid build bridge projects across the state. In 2013 Mr. Berry took on a new challenge for the company and relocated to our most northern location in Presque Isle Maine, where he performed duties as the Area Manager overseeing 75 employees along with concrete, quarry, and hot mix operations. In 2017 Mr. Berry was provided an opportunity to relocate to the Division Office in Bangor Maine, where he is currently the Division Manager of Asphalt and Field Operations. As Division Manager of the Maine Operations, Mr. Berry is responsible for more than 300 employees operating across the entire State of Maine.
